How do I access the SETLIFE.biz App?
SETLIFE.biz is a Progressive Web App (PWA). You do not download it from the App Store. Simply open Safari on your iPhone, navigate to app.setlife.biz, tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen, and select "Add to Home Screen".
Why isn't the Camera/Scanner working?
Ensure that you have granted Safari permission to access your device's camera. If the camera still fails to load, go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data, and reboot the application from your home screen.
Where are my captured Scene Scripts saved?
Due to our strict Zero-Transmission Security architecture, images captured in the Scene Scripts Vault are stored exclusively in the localized active memory of your specific device. If you clear your browser cache or delete the app, those files are permanently destroyed and cannot be recovered by our team.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
All premium "Life of App" and monthly subscriptions are securely managed through our payment partner, Stripe. Please email support@setlife.biz with the email address associated with your purchase, and our team will issue a secure billing management link.
